Operation:
The flow of material from the Feeding Hopper is regulated by means of side handle easily to suit the load. Rotor with Four cutters runs in anti-clockwise direction. The beaters pass just beneath the Ratchet Teeth Liner fitted inside the top half of the crushing chamber, leaving a gap of 1/8" between the liner teeth and the tips of the rotating beaters. This cuts the material caught between the liner teeth like a sword with a scissors action at a high speed of 2880 rotations per minute.

After the required size reduction, the material will pass through the screen fitted inside the lower discharge end of the grinding chamber. No sieving is required, as the appropriate size screen fitted will not allow coarser material to pass through. The air generated in the crushing chamber forces the powder to pass through the screen fitted at the bottom discharge end of the crushing chamber, into a Filter attached to the delivery trough below. (When crushing Wet-Pulpy materials, the balloon should not be used)

Servicing Guidelines:

Open the cover of chamber all grinding parts can be cleaned with a brush in couple of minute and the Pulverizer is ready for next crushing. If required, the grinding chamber can also be washed with water. Remove the cotton balloon and the screen, close the cover tightly and start the grinder. Now pour a bucket or two of water into the hopper. The grinding parts will be flushed with the water and cleaned. Continue running the machine for a few more minutes as the draft of the fresh air sucked into the grinder will dry it. The beater when worn out can be removed and reserved by removing the cur clip lock holding to the rotor pins. When both the edges are worn out, they can be sharpened on an emery stone, to be used as new. In addition, when completely warn out, can be replaced the equal weight and refitted.      

Important instruction

 

Ø      Before start grinding, set the regulator according to the requirements.

 

Ø      Insert the desired filter into the grinding chamber and close it safely.

Ø      When crushing Wet-Pulpy materials, the balloon should not be used.

Ø      Set the container and the filter, and lock the front door. Then after, put the grains or material that want to size reduction in to the feeder and press the switch on, adjust regulator in a way so that the needle of ampere meter is set on the green part only. That will maintain the average of grains grinding.

Ø      Remove the material from the chamber if anyhow the Pulverizer is stopped to heavy load on any other reasons- and start it again after adjusting the regulator properly.

Ø      Clean the filter with the brush if it is blocked with the flour.

Ø      Keeps the Pulverizer at distance from the wall to avoid the insects getting inside.

Ø      The work of regulator only maintains (plus or minus) in the Pulveriser the amount of the grains or material to be grind it does not affects the flour grinding form like curse or fine.

Ø      Make sure that perforated screen is fixed properly in its slot and then after close the chamber.

Ø      Earthling in the plug of the Pulveriser is necessary to operate the Pulverizer without earthling is not advisable.
